Members are expected to follow the rules and regulations of both the sim and fleet at all times, both in character and out of character. By continuing, you affirm that you will sim in a proper and adequate manner. Members who choose to make ultra short posts, post very infrequently, or post posts with explicit content (above PG-13) will be removed immediately, and by continuing, you agree to this. In addition, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we do not accept players under the age of 18. Any players found to be under the age of 18 will be immediately removed without question. By agreeing to these terms, you are also saying that you are above the age of 18.

Character Creation:
> Your character cannot have a relationship (familial, friend, protégé, etc.) with any canon character (books, movies, TV shows, game, etc.).
> Your character cannot be ex-Borg, Q, or Changeling.
> Character ideas, where the race is a home-brew or is not a member of the United Federation of Planets, should be discussed with the GM prior to submission.
> Bios are expected to be complete - if you are unsure what to put, you can look at the CO or XO's bio for ideas or contact one of us through DM (CO > simtorian and XO > lildiego43).

You will also be expected to submit a 500 word sample that is specific to the character you are creating for this sim. If you've made other arrangements with the CO prior to submission, then, not to worry :-)

Remember to save your work because we all know how Nova is -- speaking from painful experience here.
